The next step is to securely connect your business to our HarborNet Service Operations Center (SOC). We accomplish this by co-locating a specialized hardware appliance, called a Management Node, in your facility. This system monitors the health and availability of your critical infrastructure components. The Management Node is owned and operated by Harbor Networks and is our responsibility. It provides secure real-time access to your equipment by our accredited SOC personnel.

Service Operations Center
The HarborNet SOC is the central clearing point for all service issues, support case management and management of client SLAs. It includes 24×7 monitoring, remote diagnosis, service dispatch and escalations. Our SOC is staffed by Tier 1, 2 and 3 personnel who are capable across multiple disciplines. All of our team members are manufacturer accredited.
